Nestoras Chouliaras has received BSc. degree in Computer Engineering from Technological Institute of Piraeus, Msc. in Information and Communication Systems (System Security) from Open University of Cyprus. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D at University of West Attica University, in the field of Cyber Ranges under the supervision of Assistant Professor Ioanna Kantzavelou of Informatics and Computer Engineering. Works since 2017 in National Cyber Security Authority of Greece. He has obtained more than 18 years of experience in ICT both in private and public sector, for instance, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Insurance. His main research interests include cyber security and cyber ranges. He has published in 2 conferences and 2 journals. He has participated in research program H2020 (Concordia). He holds Certifications as Lead Auditor ISO 27001, MCSE, MCSA, MCP, MCS Server Virtualization with Hyper-V and System Center, CCNA R&S.
